I may be terrified of spiders and shriek like a stereotype if I brush against a cobweb, but that doesn’t mean I cannot appreciate the beauty in these creations of nature. This was taken over the weekend when walking through one of the pedestrian tunnels at the foot of the construction sites at Grand Canal. The sun was hitting the spiderweb at just the right angle to produce the shimmery rainbow effect on each strand and it was beautiful to see.
Also, I was lucky that the owner of the web was not at home.
